Install a portable ac unit without the frustration. Our crystal clear Portable AC Window Kits are specifically designed to vent portable air conditioners out casement windows. Casement window vent kits are CNC machined out of very durable 1/4” acrylic (plexiglass) and are custom cut to fit your crank window perfectly. Each order comes with a quick attach vent system that locks into the panel to create a better window seal and make hose hookup a breeze. Just specify the size of your portable aircon hose when ordering.

In most cases these function as direct screen replacements, so measure the width and height of your window screen (outside edge to outside edge). But watch our video here first to make sure you got it right.

Specifications

Our panels are made from thick 1/4" acrylic. The corners are rounded (1/8" radius) for safety. All panels are cut 1/16" shorter than the measurements given. This method will give you a perfect fit. Most window frames are not square and cutting them to the size given can result in a panel not fitting.

Hose Sizes

To determine your hose size, measure the outside diameter of your hose.

Vent Types

We have three vent types to choose from. Standard w/ bug screen is our most popular. Our Premium vent is a two piece system featuring a standard w/ bug screen vent and a vent cover with self closing louvers.

Hole Placement

Unless specified otherwise by the customer, we will place vent holes 3" from each edge.

Measure Casement Window

Inserts for casement windows are made to the same size as your window screen. Screens are often bowed and out of square so please measure each end of your frame to get a consistent reading. Measurements are taken from outside edge to outside edge of the screen frame.
