Do you service the Midea Duo?

Yes, we've copied the exact cutout from the manufacturer so your hose will snap in perfectly. Choose the "Hose-in-Hose" option when you order.

There are several other manufacturers that use the same hose, Toshiba, Whynter and Danby to name a few. All the manufacturers use the exact same hose, so our one template works for them all.

Yes. UPS ground is $35. Expedited options are available at checkout.

My hose has an oval adapter on the end of it

You'll twist that adapter off and twist ours on in its place.

The adapters are snug, but they all twist it off. Some come off clockwise, others come off counterclockwise.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

We'll ship out a replacement for you the next day free of charge. Send a photo or two of the damage to: info@martinsonmanufacturing.com

When will my order ship?

Two days. If that changes, we will display that at the very top of the website.

Do you we sell vents separately

Yes, but they are for customers only. They will not work for your DIY project. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Check your spam/promotions folder if you didn't see it.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

We will begin making your order right away so please contact us immediately.

We will ship to any country. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you offer polycarbonate instead of acrylic?

Nope, acrylic is the only material we offer.

Do you offer different thicknesses?

Nope, 1/4" is the only thickness we offer. This is because out vents are only designed to work on 1/4" material.

Do you offer black or frosted acrylic?
