If your insert doesn’t fit because of a measurement issue, we’ll remake it for you – no extra fees. Just send us your updated measurements and we’ll take care of the rest.
If the mistake was on our end or your order was damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost. All we ask is that you send a few photos so we can make it right quickly.
