Casement window vent kits are professionally CNC machined out of very durable 1/4” acrylic (plexiglass) and are custom cut to fit your crank window perfectly. Each order comes with a quick attach vent system that locks into the panel to create a better window seal and make hose hook up a breeze. Our plexiglass window inserts come with a non-permanent installation kit and install in 5-10 min.

If your window insert doesn’t fit your window perfectly, we’ll remake it for you free of charge – even if the measuring mistake was yours.
Just email info@martinsonmanufacturing.com with the adjustment (for example, “make it ½″ narrower” or “add an inch to the height”), and we’ll CNC-cut a new insert and ship it out the next business day.

Installation
Installation takes about 5–10 minutes. The window insert is secured using glazier push points or clear adhesive tape, both included with your order. If the panel rests against the window frame, Velcro can also be used for additional support.
No drilling or permanent modifications are required.

Hose Compatibility
All orders include a vent designed for 5.9″–6″ hoses, which fit most portable AC units.
If your unit uses a 5″ hose, simply leave a note with your order and we’ll include the correct vent.
Both vent sizes use the same cutout, so they can be swapped easily. If your hose doesn’t fit the vent you receive, just email us and we’ll send the correct one free of charge.
Specifications
• All panels are made from durable ¼″ clear acrylic.
• Corners are slightly rounded (⅛″ radius) for safety.
• Panels are cut 1/16″ smaller than the provided measurements to ensure a proper fit.
Most window frames are not perfectly square, and this slight adjustment allows the insert to seat correctly in the opening.
Hose-in-Hose Option
If the hose-in-hose option is selected and your panel is less than 16″ wide, the vent cutout will be oriented vertically to maintain panel strength. In this case, you will need to use the sliding window adapter that came with your AC unit.
Because of this configuration, hose-in-hose bug screens cannot be included with the order.
